Head Coach Chelsea Eads



Chelsea Eads, from Morrison, IL, grew up playing softball with the Milan Aces ‘96. While on the Aces, they won three World Series titles and one National title. Eads attended Morrison High School, where she was a three-sport athlete playing volleyball, basketball, and softball. She was on the Morrison High School softball IHSA State Championship team in 2011 and was awarded First-Team All-Conference Catcher her junior and senior seasons.
Eads went on to play softball on scholarship at Indian Hills Community College, in Iowa. There, she was awarded First-Team All-Conference First Baseman. While attending Indian Hills, the nationally ranked Warriors won two conference titles, a District J title, and had a ticket to Nationals. After graduating in 2016, Eads attended Millikin University in Decatur, IL and was the first basemen on the softball team. During Eads’ junior season, the team was Conference Champs. She graduated from Millikin University in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science degree in sport management.
